🌸 Cancellation Policy
• Advance Orders: You may cancel advance orders up until 12:00 noon one day prior to the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Simply contact us via Email or WhatsApp between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
• Valentine’s Day Orders: Due to the high demand and the need to secure flowers in advance, cancellations for Valentine’s Day orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice.
• Same-Day & On-Demand Orders: These orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. However, we understand plans can change, so we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments such as rescheduling or modifying the order.
• Remote Area Deliveries: If the delivery address is in a remote area, the order will be automatically rescheduled to the next available delivery day.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued as a single discount voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue. This voucher can be used toward any future purchase.
🌸 Product Availability & Substitution Policy
We pride ourselves on sourcing the freshest flowers. Occasionally, seasonal or supply factors may affect availability. In such cases, we may substitute with flowers or decorative elements of equal or greater value and style. Substitutions may include variations in flower types, colors, wrappings, ribbons, baskets, vases, or even fruits and other accents.
Rest assured, we will always preserve the overall look and feel of your arrangement. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.
Please note: Actual arrangements may differ slightly from images due to natural variations in bloom size, shade, and stage of flowering. As living creations, flowers are unique and may not be flawless—thank you for appreciating their natural beauty.
🌸 Return Policy
Because flowers are perishable, returns are not possible. However, if your order arrives in a condition that does not meet our quality standards, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement bouquet. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want every floral experience to be delightful for both you and the recipient.
